Jacob Peters: Game Analysis Plans

HOW IT WORKS

• After selecting “Add to cart” you will be asked to input necessary game information in order for the coaches to access your game film.

• Providing accurate details for each game is crucial for us to begin analyzing the game.  We understand game times and locations can change, in the event any changes occur after you have provided us with your schedule, please email your coach at their Cerebral Sports email with the correction.  You will be put in touch after purchasing one of their analysis packages.

• Each game analysis is at least 10 minutes and includes voice narration and illustration from your coach.  Any game requested that does not have game film available to analyze will be honored for a subsequent game.

• Your athlete’s completed analysis will be returned within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from game day or purchase date whichever comes later.  However, we work to give you analysis as soon as possible.  In the event of delayed film or issues, we will notify you via email.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• If you do not receive a confirmation email, we did NOT receive your purchase.  With any issues regarding an order, contact support@cerebral-sports.com.

• After providing all the necessary information for the games you want analyzed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

• Our turnaround time for film analysis is 7 business days.  You will receive the game analysis via the email you provided on the purchase form.

• PLEASE NOTE - The purchase fee is charged automatically after checkout.  We do not offer a refund policy.  There will be an option for payment plans at checkout using Klarna.
