  • Continual tracking of all athlete workouts

Upon purchase you will be connected to Coach Sardos, have a personal consultation to determine your needs, and have a plan created to fit your specific requirements.  Only then will you be sent an invoice based on the level of your plan.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Upon purchase of the consultation plan you will be put in touch with your coach, he will create a customized workout plan based on your current athletic level.

  • You will have constant access to communicate with your coach throughout the entire year where he can answer your quick questions but will also have WEEKLY/BIWEEKLY/MONTHLY video consultations where you will discuss progress, goals, and next steps.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Durations will vary between sports and athletic level, but in general the off season program lasts 3 months and the rest of the year will be considered ‘in-season’.  The in-season program will be adapted to your needs, schedule, and your personal feedback on how your body is feeling.
