With over two decades of coaching experience across every level of competitive tennis, Eric Stark has dedicated his career to helping athletes and teams unlock their highest potential. His coaching journey spans private instruction, elite club programs, high school leadership, and NCAA Division I coaching, giving him a unique, comprehensive approach to player development rooted in both strategy and psychology.
As a high school head coach, Stark led his team to an impressive 95–33 overall record, capturing the only two sectional championships in the school’s history. At the collegiate level, he brings five years of experience, including four at the Division I level where he served as both assistant and head coach.
What truly sets Coach Stark apart is his deep expertise in mental performance. With a master’s thesis focused on mental toughness in collegiate tennis, he offers athletes a powerful framework to improve focus, build resilience, and thrive under pressure.
