Emma Greco is a Canadian ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Boston Fleet in the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL).

She developed her skills in the PWHL with the Toronto Jr. Aeros before starring at Quinnipiac University. After college, she turned pro with stints in the NWHL (Connecticut Whale), CWHL (Toronto Furies), and PHF (Toronto Six), winning the 2023 Isobel Cup and serving as an alternate captain. In 2024, she played for PWHL Minnesota and helped lead the team to a Walter Cup championship before signing with Boston for the 2024–25 season. 

Known as a dependable stay-at-home defender, Greco brings grit, experience, and stability to the Fleet’s blue line. Off the ice, she is committed to growing the women’s game through mentorship and coaching.
