HOCKEY VIDEO ANALYSIS COACH

Cristiano is a current professional hockey player, CSEP- certified personal trainer, and skilled video analyst with a well-rounded background in both athletic performance and coaching. Drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2014, Cristiano served as assistant captain for the Windsor Spitfires and played an integral role in the team's 2017 Memorial Cup Championship victory. After his junior career, he continued to pursue his athletic and academic development by studying kinesiology at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. During his final year in university, Cristiano led the country in goals across all Canadian USports, all while deepening his knowledge of health, fitness, and athletic performance.

After completing his studies, Cristiano decided to pursue his professional hockey career. He spent three years with the Hartford Wolfpack in the AHL before continuing his journey overseas, where he currently competes in the Austrian ICE Hockey League with HC Bolzano Foxes in Italy.

Cristiano's unique blend of professional hockey experience, educational background in kinesiology, and coaching expertise gives him the ability to break down all aspects of an athlete's game. Whether it’s refining technical skills or improving athletic performance, he utilizes his deep understanding of biomechanics, sport science and experience to guide players in their development. For over seven years, he has trained athletes in southern Ontario during the offseason, helping them unlock their full potential on and off the ice.

Through his personalized training and on-ice coaching, Cristiano’s goal is to empower players by sharing his experiences, providing valuable insights, and fostering both the physical and mental aspects of their game.
