CHRISTIAN SARLO
VIDEO ANALYSIS COACH
Born in Lynbrook, New York, Christian Sarlo has turned a lifelong passion for hockey into a professional career centered on player development, performance analysis, and mentorship. His playing journey began with elite youth organizations such as the Long Island Gulls, Mid Fairfield Blues, and North Jersey Avalanche—programs known for producing top-tier talent.
Christian progressed to the United States Hockey League (USHL), playing two seasons with the Chicago Steel and the Lincoln Stars. As an assistant captain with the Stars, he led the entire league in power-play goals, demonstrating elite offensive instincts and strong leadership.
From 2020 to 2024, Christian played NCAA Division I hockey at Penn State University. He was named Freshman of the Year for the Nittany Lions and served as an assistant captain during his senior season—highlighting both his skill and character on and off the ice.
Following his collegiate career, Christian played professionally with the Maine Mariners of the ECHL during the 2024–25 season.
In addition to his playing career, Christian has spent the past four years immersed in video review and hockey analytics—working with players to break down their game and accelerate development through smart, data-informed insights. He also teaches private and group on-ice lessons throughout the New York and New Jersey area, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of players.
